Development

What kinds of development do we, as a community find more acceptable than others?  Is there a point in the foreseeable future where there must be no more land cleared for any purpose; and that regeneration of the fragile corridor commences and the forest creeps inland again?

eg. Intentional communities only for future town planning to provide affordable housing for integrated social / community people and enterprises? What region population size do we envisage as “sustainable” in our environs; taking into account our fragile ecology? What kind of people do we want to attract to our region?

Where is the line for corporate developments, ie. Coles, Woolworths, McDonalds, etc.?
