On Tuesday 19 July 2017 at 9.00am the meeting commenced in Mareeba.  Attendees of the meeting reported that within 9 minutes these agenda items were dealt with and decisions carried.  All three (3) applications were approved, to be assessed under the superseded (by 13 years) MSC2004 Planning Scheme:
