CC: Kuranda Region Planning Group – filing
Dear authorities ,
good afternoon,
We support our small unique village,Kuranda
as residents we do not need ,
nor do we want, any of your proposal overly exposed developments.
No Kur world in our world heritage, we save preserve mother earth for our children’s future, just as the Indigenous first people elders in the past, cared enough to keep this healing environment for our generations.
Stop rape of our mother earth, Burrunga = stop
We refuse to allow your council and government to ruin our world heritage and connections in the sacred land and waterways, including the clean air we humanity all need. ( “Treaty yeah! Treaty now” Yothu Yindi is right) , original lore of indigenous first peoples really counts at this moment now = a la,
honor sovereign first peoples lore in land
We need you to plant more trees,
where you have logged in Black Mountain Road,
restore the valuable trees filtering our air and water,
care for your/our mother earth,
and be responsible to the poor in your communities,
because its your thinking & selfie behavior which has created this gap.
Focus upon an industry which may help everyone,
including restore the rail line and renew rail infrastructure,
throughout this country.
Praise God Bulurru every day for life
Listen to the people, bina ngunda-l
Regards
Mr Ashley Coleman & Mrs Ann Maree Coleman
