KEN LEE does not have a digital footprint in Google EN other than new material since the KUR-World project began.  In media reports:

In the first document filed for the project, Ken Lee filled in the form incorrectly:

Section 7.1 asks the question ‘Does the party taking the action have a ‘satisfactory record’ of responsible environmental management?’ The proponent has ticked ‘Yes’ indicating that he has a satisfactory record of responsible environmental management’. Then, instead of providing details of an actual ‘satisfactory record’ – it says this is the proponent’s – Ken Lee’s – first development so there is ‘no record’.

Either the individual who was filling in the form misunderstood the question, or it is an attempt to change the outcome of the next document stage – the EIS?

KUR-WORLD UPDATE EMAIL: #5 – 28th September 2016
During Stuart’s time as Project Manager, he has taken the project through a period of growth and opportunity including management of the Initial Advice Statement (IAS) and progressing the proposed $650m development to the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) Stage with the Queensland State Government.

Stuart was engaged as a consultant of KUR-World whilst still maintaining his boutique planning consultancy business, Urban Sync.  The KUR-World Project is a large-scale development requiring an immense amount of time and commitment and Stuart has chosen to focus more on the growth of his business and family commitments.

Mr Ken Lee, owner of the KUR-World project, said, “I want to thank Stuart and his team at Urban Sync for all their hard work, passion and commitment to the project and wish him all the best.”

Per the timeline info-graphic above, Simon Danielsen ASTREBLA ECOLOGICAL SERVICES was engaged by Ken Lee in the first year of purchase of the BARNWELL 12 RURAL TITLES in Kuranda.

During his tenure delivering ecological services for Ken Lee – the land changed significantly – as can be seen in the timeline.

SIMON DANIELSEN was appointed KUR-World environmental manager according to Cairns Post article 5 September 2016.

“Mr Danielsen worked as a principal ecologist for GHD in Newcastle and Brisbane and for Skyrail.”

HARRY SOU was appointed KUR-World chief operations officer according to Cairns Post article 5 September 2016.

“He would continue to run his Cafe China businesses.”

ALEX BLAKE was appointed KUR-World business development strategist according to Cairns Post article 5 September 2016.

“Mr Blake has a tourism background, including with Oceans Hotels and Tourism and Sunlover Cruises.”

MARK LAWSON was appointed KUR-World site manager according to Cairns Post article 5 September 2016.

“Mr Lawson was Hope Vale Aboriginal Shire Council’s building project manager.”

MICHAEL BOWMAKER was appointed KUR-World sales manager according to Cairns Post article 5 September 2016.

“CaPTA group as a sales manager and is involved with student tourism company Banora International Group”

GERALDINE MCGUIRE’s company Sustainable Solutions Global was announced to “co-ordinate the community engagement and social impact assessment” for the KUR-World project on her company Facebook page.

NATHAN LEE LONG turned up at the Kuranda Region Planning Group Public Meeting 26 October 2016 being given the KUR-World infrastructure tasks for the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) document stage.
