As Commonwealth Minister responsible for endangered species, I respectfully call upon you to inspect the ongoing illegal site works at the above property.

There are matters that are affecting not only the natural environment but our community of people who are very concerned about the lack of duty of care, respect, adherence to and application of the law.

I am aware of dozens of submissions to the relevant government departments pertaining to this matter.

Your urgent reply on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
