  • Lifestyle Villas: Extending over an area of approximately 13ha, this are will comprise 50 residential lots ranging in size from 600m² to 2,000m². It is expected a number of these dwellings will be holiday let throughout the year.
  • Premium Villas: Proposed within an area of approximately 34ha around the golf course, and comprising 323 residential lots of approximately 600m². Again, it is expected a number of these dwellings will be holiday let throughout the year.
